!!! Tissue Collage

1. What you need: A large piece of card board, tissue paper, scissors, rubber cement and a marker.
2.  Outline the shape and cut out with scissors.
3.  Fold a piece of tissue paper and cut into four even pieces.
4.  Sack the four pieces, fold in half and cut into fringe.
5.  Using rubber cement, glue fringed tissue paper at joined part (not fringed part) to the cardboard. Recommend: Start at the bottom of the sign and layer up.
6.  Have fun!
